RADview Service Center for Vmux-2200 and Vmux-120

Service Management Application for Voice Switching Gateways

  • Service association to network hierarchy level for ease of control and fault isolation
  • Powerful dialing plan management from a central workstation
  • Java-based application enables platform independence (Windows XP or UNIX)
  • User-friendly, intuitive graphical user interface

The RADview Service Center Vmux (RV-SC/Vmux) application is a powerful tool for provisioning and monitoring the Vmux family of voice switching gateways (Vmux-2200, Vmux-120) using SNMP management. The intuitive GUI interface and easy-to- follow tree view increase the efficiency and accuracy of the dialing plan management. The application includes an element management solution that allows configuration and status monitoring of the Vmux voice switching gateways. Running on either HP OpenView Network Node Manager (NNM) or on SNMPc, it enables simple integration with other vendors' management applications.

User-friendly dialing plan management

RV-SC/Vmux voice switching application offers a user-friendly and intuitive dialing plan management interface. The network hierarchical tree view provides an intuitive representation of the Vmux deployment and is the basis for quick and easy extension configuration. Powerful user profile definitions provide additional flexibility in defining subscribers' dialing rights, improving network resource management and planning. Dialing plan configuration and management is thus centralized on the RV-SC/Vmux management station and subsequently propagated to all deployed agents, reducing system management complexity and associated costs.
