Frame Relay
Frame Relay is a mature, protocol-independent packet switching technology intended mainly for data communications applications. Frame Relay’s statistical nature is very good for efficiently handling bursty data traffic (LAN) over a wide area network.
RAD's MAXcess Frame Relay access devices employ sophisticated fragmentation, prioritization and voice compression techniques to ensure high quality voice over private Frame Relay networks, allowing for efficient integration of voice and data over the same infrastructure. RAD’s packet switching products support a wide range of protocols and interfaces for building high performance, private X.25 and Frame Relay networks.
